Quanto Costa?

Probably THE most indispensable phrase you can learn if going to Italy. Especially if you are British, and used to labels, and good old fashioned regular prices, and not having to barter. Otherwise you may end up spending €12 on an accidental giant gelato, or €30 on a fish. Sigh, it's not that we didn't try…
Anyway! We were a holiday of two phones. Mark's held images of the sights, and of selfies, including one hilarious moment where a pigeon landed on his outstretched arm and he caught our reaction to it (yes, I will post below). And mine held all the odd scrapes and marks and dilapidated signs that I found caught my attention. I even caused obvious confusion to a local in Pisa as, stood next to a beautiful church, I turned to the side and photographed a shop's shutter. Fantastic.
I'm going to just make this a picture blog I think; so enjoy flicking through the fancies that I discovered on my journeys. So remember, quanto costa, per favore?
Ciao!

[This was the shutter that earned me a thoroughly confused look from a man sat next to the church to this shutter's right!]

And not forgetting: the promised picture. Pigeon just out of sight stage right. (hahahahahaha)
